No matter what the experience your child has in the water, Northern Arena learn to swim school has levels from beginner to competitive. With swim lessons set by ability rather than by age, your child will progress through the levels as soon as they have attained the required criteria. Lessons range from 30-45-60 minutes in length.

Once children are at school, their swimming skills begin to develop very quickly indeed. Swimming lessons for kids at this age continue to focus on water safety, building water confidence, and developing a sound technical swimming base of the four different strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly) - whilst having fun.

A quick swim assessment is required to start them off in the swim program in the correct swimming class. The purpose-built learn to swim pools and swimming program structure aids development and progression through the swim levels.

These swimming classes are available 7 days a week and run all year round.
