This pass entitles you to heaps of exercise options available including cardio, strength, functional, toning and conditioning, swimming and yoga classes. You are spoilt for choice.
If you are not sure what's best for you, our expert team will help get you moving in the right direction with an exercise class or gym session that will keep you fizzing long after your workout.

Terms and Conditions
Visit Northern Arena for 10 consecutive days from the date of issue. This pass is exclusive to Caci Silverdale Club Members only. ID may be required. Not exchangeable for cash. Non-transferable. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Your entry of Northern Arena and can be revoked at any time if misuse is detected. This includes but is not limited to: Multiple visits by the same individual using new passes and/or behaviour that interferes with regular operations or other members' enjoyment of the facilities. Not available for current Northern Arena members or those who have terminated or transferred a Northern Arena membership in the last 6 months or if you have had a trial pass in the last 3 months. Strictly, only one pass issued per person. Does not include, gym services, personal training and learn to swim. You must be 13 years of age or older. Before entering the facility, you must complete a quick health questionnaire. By entering the facility, you agree to abide by the house rules or face removal. Northern Arena reserves the right to revoke or remove the availability of this pass at any time. The visit pass is not valid during the summer holiday period (early/mid-December to mid/late-January). During this time, facilities may be unavailable due to essential maintenance, service interruptions, and other operational priorities. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. By using the visit pass, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
