Workout At Home - Super Circuit Finisher

This super circuit can be used as a 15 min burst or a finisher to any workout.

Set your timer for 5 rounds, 30 seconds of work with 10 sec rest, no break between rounds!

It is guaranteed to get your heart rate up.

Remember you can add weights if you like!
