Virtual is the fusion of exercise with technology. Virtual workouts are the same as F2 Base workouts that you want to try, designed for ease and convenience to suit your own schedule and needs. BASE virtual is a self-guided BASE workout, with demonstrations and timers running on the screen so you can be confident doing the workout on your own.
Virtual workouts typically attract smaller numbers, and you can go at your own pace, which makes them ideal if you’re a novice looking to learn the moves.
