Members Only Soma Soundscape Sound Bath at Northern Arena
SUNDAY 16 NOVEMBER ~ 4pm
Join Danica for an immersive Soma Soundscape experience that seamlessly blends the therapeutic power of sound and somatic work.
Soma Soundscape Sound Bath is an immersive, guided relaxation using crystal singing bowls to calm the mind and body. Expect gentle waves of sound to ease muscle tension, quiet busy thoughts, and support deep recovery after a big week of training (or life).
The session will begin with a somatic awareness exploration, helping you deepen your connection with your body and its sensations, fostering a greater sense of presence and self-awareness. Following this, you'll be enveloped in the soothing vibrations of Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls, which will harmonise with your body and mind, promoting inner peace and balance.
This soundscape experience is further enriched with trauma-informed guided meditation, drawing on the wisdom of Eastern traditions and the insights of Western science. This session offers a sanctuary for anyone seeking relaxation and inner harmony. Embrace the transformative power of sound and somatic awareness, and leave feeling rejuvenated and reconnected with yourself.
This is a members-only event designed to help our Northern Arena fit whānau recharge together in a welcoming, judgment-free space. Come as you are. Leave lighter. Lie back, get comfy, and let the soothing tones do the work. No experience needed.

About Danica
My name is Danica, and I am a dedicated therapist specialising in somatic work, with a deep passion for supporting individuals on their journey of self-discovery and healing.
My areas of focus include addictive behaviours, trauma, chronic pain, and psychosomatic symptoms. I also feel deeply called to serve the neurodiverse and rainbow communities. I believe in “walking the talk,” meaning I actively practice the approaches and modalities I offer, ensuring authenticity in my work.
With a holistic and integrative approach, I will invite you to explore your inner world with mindfulness and compassion in a somatically safe and nurturing space. Through this work, I hope to support people I work with in deepening self-awareness, resilience, and inner harmony.
My intention is to offer a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I hope to be a trusted companion on your path of healing and transformation, meeting you with openness and care wherever you are on your journey.
