From Monday, August 18, 2025 F2 is getting an upgrade. All our instructors have collaborated and categorised the best of the best F2 functional training classes you know and love and are evolving the F2 timetable with clear programming to get you stronger, fitter, and feeling better.

What’s NEW about F2 Functional Training?
Clear programming across Functional Strength, Cardio, and Hybrid/Circuit training with classes structured and programmed across the week.
Easy-to-follow on-screen workouts so your expert coaches can spend more time with YOU. The the moves, timers, & reps (like a digital chalk board) will display on-screen.
More variety across the week and beyond, with science to back it.
All functional classes are designed with the autonomy to every adapt to all fitness levels.

Why?
Exercise is a stress on the body, and that stress stimulates a response that creates a change. Your body gets stronger and fitter by adapting to the right kind of stress when it’s applied in the right way, but it is vital that there is opportunity for the body to respond to that change, to recover and rebuild.
If we stack workouts too closely together or do too much of the same thing, the body doesn't get a chance to build itself back up which means we stay in a phase of being overloaded. It means we don't reach the full potential of what our training sessions should accomplish as the body is constantly fighting to get back into balance.
Building a structure around a proven training model called periodised, multi-modal programming, simply means, giving your body a mix of workouts by rotating different types of sessions across the week to train different energy systems and muscle groups. This allows enough time so your body can recover, grow, and perform better overall.
By rotating different training focuses across the week, we help your body build strength, endurance, and resilience. Meaning:
You avoid overtraining one system while neglecting another.
You reduce your chance of injury with poor recovery.

The Classes

F2 Functional True Strength
Builds maximal strength, stronger bones, and improved neuromuscular coordination. Strengthens muscles, improved metabolism, and lowers injury risk.

F2 Functional Dynamic Strength
Focuses on balance, core stability, and movement patterns. Helps you move better in daily life and sports. Improves joint health and reduces injury risk .

F2 Functional Cardio
Improves heart and lung health, increases fat metabolism, and enhances recovery.

F2 Functional Circuit
A Hybrid of Strength and Cardio. Circuit sessions combine strength and cardio to increases calorie burn, cardiovascular fitness, and muscular endurance simultaneously.
