Doing exercises that strengthen your leg and core muscles and improve balance will reduce your risk of falling. It’s that simple!
Other benefits include keeping your bones strong, more energy, better sleep as well as helping to control blood pressure, blood sugar levels and weight. Oh, and it can make you feel good too!
Don’t worry about keeping up – although these classes may make you breathe a little harder, they won’t involve any exercises that could do you harm.
What to wear; Comfortable clothes that you can move in, and flat, comfortable shoes.
