Workout At Home - Upper Body and Core

This workout is great for the upper body and your core. Its has a Tabata focus with work to rest ratio. It focuses on exercises that keep your heart rate up and develop your stability and strength. We have thrown in Amberlee’s favourite “Frogs: to kick this workout off! Set your timer for 9 intervals…20 secs High/ 10 secs low. Rest for 1-2 mins and then repeat twice more. 1. Frogs 2. Walkout pressup 3. Mountain Climber 4. Alligator Pushup 5. Crab Walk 6. HRPU 7. Flares 8. Plank Jack 9. Sprints (10m across your room) Enjoy!
