-Jump Jacks

-Curtsey Lunge


-Knee Drops

-Jack Push Ups

-Kneeling to Squat Jump

-Speed Ladder

-Sit up

-Walkout Press Up


The challenge is to finish all 10 exercises within the 30 mins.
