Workout At Home - 10 to 1 Ladder

Simply complete 10 reps of each exercise, then 9 reps of each exercise, then 8 reps and so on, until you finish with 1 rep of each exercise.

If you’re looking for some more cardio – add in a run of your choice at the end of each round. You can add any weights you choose if you have any at home. Not essential but optional.

  1. Burpee Jump

  2. Air Jacks Jump

  3. Lunge (R+L=1)

  4. Squat Walkout

  5. Hand Release Push Up

  6. Plank Jack

  7. Full Situp

  8. Shuffle Block Jump

A run of your choice after every round.
