Here’s the thing about swimming… it’s one of those skills most of us think we’ve got sorted.


Until we actually jump in.


Some of us avoid the deep end. Some of us get out of breath quickly. Some of us haven’t swum properly in years. And a lot of us sit poolside each week watching our kids learn… without ever getting in ourselves.


So we’ve put something together for you.

Adult swimming lessons in a short crash course.

Poolside to Pool Ready – Adult Swim Programme


One week. Real progress.


This is a short, focused programme designed for normal adults (not elite swimmers) who want to feel more comfortable and capable in the water.


No labels. No pressure. No need to already be “good.”


Across the week you’ll work on:

• Breathing that actually works

• Freestyle technique

• Moving through the water with less effort

• Feeling more relaxed and in control


All in small groups, with teachers in the water with you the whole time.


Who it’s for

If any of these sound like you, you’ll fit right in:

• You avoid swimming or stick to where you can stand

• You can swim… but it’s hard work

• You haven’t swum properly in years

• You want to feel more confident in the water


The key difference

This isn’t once-a-week learning.

It’s daily adult swimming sessions across one week, which means things actually start to click.

Most adults are surprised how much changes in just a few days.
