HYROX is the ultimate fitness race that combines endurance, strength, and determination – and now, you can train for it right here with our very special and unique HYROX training classes.
HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. You can find our more about HYROX fitness competitions here.
HYROX Classes at NO Extra Cost To Your Membership
HYROX GROUP CLASS TRAINING at Northern Arena is a complete functional athletic workout programme implementing muscular strength and endurance, aerobic capacity, power, mobility, and agility.
Think, full-body workouts that combine running with simple functional movements designed to build your strength, your stamina, and real-world fitness.
Unlike other clubs, this is available to you at NO EXTRA COST to your membership.

When:
We are launching the initial HYROX Classes at the following times:
Monday's: 12pm - 12:45pm
Monday's: 6:15pm - 7:05pm
Tuesday's: 6:15pm - 7:05pm
Wednesday's: 11:30am - 12:20pm
Wednesday's: 6:15pm - 7:05pm
Sunday's: 8:15am - 9:05am *Class time are subject to change and demand. Additional popup classes can be added at any time.
How Long:
Classes are 45-50 mins per session.

HYROX is designed to accommodate both professional athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training up a notch. Whether you're training for a HYROX event or just want to level up your fitness, HYROX is the sport for everybody that’ll challenge and energise you! NO experience needed, just show up and give it a go!
Classes Rain or Shine
As we move into winter, classes will be schedule indoors, but have the option to take it outside, weather permitting.
