Despite our dedicated efforts, the system fell short of our expectations, and for that, we sincerely apologize.
Your feedback, especially from recent surveys, confirmed that improvements were needed, especially with our booking system. We've listened, and we believe you deserve the very best. Therefore, we're excited to announce significant changes and upgrades to better serve you.
The new system will bring about a secure, convenient online and mobile app for all your membership management needs. This includes:
streamlined, simple class bookings,
important notices via push notifications,
tag-less facility access,
more enhanced capabilities and features, all designed to streamline and enhance your overall experience,
And way less clicks.
We're confident that these changes will make your interactions with us more efficient and enjoyable.
As part of these improvements, we are required to notify you of a necessary 3rd party provider change that handles your direct debit payments. Specifically: Gym Direct Debit payments will change from DebitSuccess to Ezy Pay from 22 December, 2023. - Don't worry, we'll be handling all of this for you.
