Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the HYROX Simulation Event ("Event") held at Northern Arena, 8 Polarity Rise, Silverdale, Auckland. By registering for the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Participants must be 18 years or older on 23 November 2025. You must be in good physical condition, and capable of participating in high-intensity physical activity and will notify us if this changes. Northern Arena reserves the right to request identification. Event: Must be purchased by 11:59 PM on 12 October, are non-transferable, and only valid for the named participant. Tickets: categories include: Member Ticket $60 including the 6-week HYROX Training Programme and 1 x Technogym Body Scan and  Wellness Tests, and Non-Member Package $350 including event entry, 6-week HYROX Training Programme, 1 x Technogym Body Scan and Wellness Tests and 6-week gym access from 13 October to 23 November. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of event cancellation by Northern Arena or injury/medical condition preventing participation, supported by a valid medical certificate submitted before 9 November. Northern Arena may cancel or reschedule the event and offer a percentage refund or transfer to the new date. Wave times and final course details will be confirmed closer to the event. All participants and spectators must respect the authority of event judges and officials on the day of the HYROX Simulation Event. The decisions of judges and event officials are final and non-negotiable. No discussions, disputes, or arguments regarding scores, rulings, or outcomes will be entered into during or after the event. This includes, but is not limited to, protests from competitors, coaches, or spectators. Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behaviour, including interference with judges, officials, or other participants — may result in immediate removal from the venue and/or disqualification from the event, at the sole discretion of event organisers. This applies to all individuals, whether competing or attending in support. Technogym Body Scan and Wellness Tests must be completed before November 9. Participants: Must follow all staff instructions, acknowledge the physical risks involved, and may be removed for unsafe behaviour. You confirm you are medically and physically fit, will alert staff if unwell or injured, and will not attend if experiencing illness. Non-member ticket holders will have full gym access from 13 October to 23 November including gym floor, and other fitness spaces (subject to availability), group fitness (subject to availability), SwimFit pool sessions, and must complete a health and safety waiver, abide by all gym terms and conditions, and follow all gym house rules. By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for Northern Arena promotional use unless you notify staff in writing. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk, and Northern Arena is not liable for injury, damage, or loss arising from participation.  Northern Arena reserves the right to modify event details for safety or operational reasons, with updates shared via email and/or social media. Registration data will be used only for event management and communication and will not be shared except where required. You may contact Northern Arena to view or delete your information.
