Functional training is about improving the way we perform and move in everyday life and sports. A functional workout focuses on increasing your proficiency in key body movements like pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, rotating, carrying and simply walking and running. It will help correct your posture with exercises that engage core stability, improving your balance and flexibility. It will challenge your whole body and develop quick and reactive muscles as your mind and body connect.

F2 is a style of training that offers variety and delivers results that can be measured in everyday life.  The F2 adult playground is waiting for YOU!

Learn basic functional movement, improve your technique and base strength by focusing on primal movement patterns.  

This class combines a mix of body weight, suspension training and weighted exercises to enhance your balance, stability and core strength.

Take it to The Max!

Take your workout to the next level with this high intensity and challenging class. Utilise all your major muscle groups with a wide variety of exercises that have been designed to maximise intensity.

Power your way to total body strength and conditioning by incorporating functional lifting and pushing movements focusing on improving your inner strength and fitness levels.

Maximise your results

F2 Series combines the best of F2 Base, F2 Power and F2 Max functional exercises and movements in this powerful and challenging class with a little bit extra in a 45 minute class.

F2 classes are of varied intensity, with different fitness level options making them suitable for all abilities and specifically designed so everybody works to their own limits.
