An energetic 35 minutes of team training using a variety of equipment and exercises for whole body, strength, cardio and conditioning. Equipment includes Ski Ergs, Sleds, Kettlebells, Airbikes, Tyres, Battle Ropes and more.
All Yard classes are held outdoors on the enclosed Yard at the back of the building, so please scan in like normal and enter through the building.
Bring your towel and water bottle and dress for the weather.
