Get outdoors to build strength improve fitness and accelerate your speed and agility.
An energetic 35/45 minutes of team training compromising of a mix of strength, cardio, plyometric, speed and agility. All Yard classes are held outdoors on the enclosed Yard at the back of the building, so please scan in like normal and enter through the building.
Bring your towel and water bottle and dress for the weather. Please note: You’ll always get a workout, even if the weather turns, as we will bring the workout inside.
