Lesson Cancellation: 

• To request cancellation of lessons you must notify us in writing via email to reception@northernarena.co.nz, or via this form or via your online portal or App before the 15th of the month to avoid another charge in the next pay period.

• Northern Arena will confirm your cancellation has been processed via email, if you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us directly on (09) 421 9700

Refunds due to Cancelling: No refunds will be given on payments already made. If your cancellation is due to a medical reason, exemption requests to this policy must be made in writing and further information may be required. Appeals will be considered on a case-by-case basis Please note: We may require a medical certificate.
