To help you live and maintain a healthy lifestyle Northern Arena's Healthy Start 7 day Meal Plan is a 7-day eating plan and guide to help you kick start your fitness journey.


This plan will provide you guide of how to eat clean and lean and inform you of what to avoid and keep you on track to feeling great. It also provides you with 3 meals-a-day (breakfast lunch and dinner) based on three main food groups that you should include in each meal. These are Vegetables/Greens, Protein and Fat. This will provide you the basis of a nutritionally complete meal.
