Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring exercises that only lasts for a few minutes. The idea is to work at your maximum and complete as many repetitions as possible in 20 seconds.
20 Seconds of Squat Plate and Press - 10 Seconds rest - Repeat 8 times
20 Seconds of 4 Mountain Climbers and 1 Press up - 10 Seconds rest - Repeat 8 times
20 Seconds of Burpees - 10 Seconds rest - Repeat 8 times
20 Seconds of 10m sprints - 10 Seconds rest - Repeat 8 times
