Burpee Workout



20-1 burpee reps ladder down

(20-19-18-17 to 1)

After every even number of burpees - run 100m and back

After every odd number of burpees - 20 push ups and 20 situps

eg.

20 burpees then run 100m and back

19 burpees then 20 push ups and 20 situps

18 burpees then run 100m and back... all the way to 1 burpee
