Today I succumbed. I needed something, I couldn't do it anymore.
I indulged in a zero sugar sprite... I read the back... zero sugar! So it can't be that bad for me right? Surely it's within the rules? Well I feel crap. I feel bloated and weighty. I feel like I've let myself down and I feel like now have to do a whole extra day sugar free just to make up for it.
I used to LIVE on carbonated drinks... now I feel what they were really doing to my body. I feel the effect that they have.
It could've been worse ofcourse... it could've been a king sized Whittaker's chocolate bar! (Dreams)
