Yesterday I was in 100% full on sugar crave mode and I couldn’t figure out why it had come back with a vengeance. It took all my strength to walk past the chocolate at the checkouts, drive past magnolia kitchen without stopping in for some fudge.

Today my body has shown me why… That time of the month (Sorry boys!) but it was a good reminder that sometimes you just can’t control your body and it will crave what it wants when it wants.

I am happy to report that I have managed to start my goal for the week of breakfasts off well, making a batch of seed bread helped which I serve with a side of eggs.The after dinner treat crave is still there but I am trying to combat that with eating a little later and a cup of tea.

I am sleeping better, my energy is higher and I think my moods have been lifted (Jase even commented I seem happier!)

Best life decision ever!
