Workout At Home - Drop to the Top



This is a motivating workout whereby you complete one full set of the circuit and then start from the top and drop off an exercise each round.

Some might know this as a “decumulator”. Round One you go all the way through, round two you drop off the last exercise i.e the Mountain climbers. Round three drop off the Jump Lunges until you are only doing the Run! Sounds complicated but once you get the hang of it then you are away! It definitely gets easier as you go through it. 10 reps each/11 exercises/ 30 min 1. Run (50 m) down the drive or 10 shuttle laps of 10 m 2. CTF Burpees 3. Full Situps 4. Squat Walkouts 5. HRPU 6. Squat 7. Tricep Press 8. Jump Jack /Air Jack 9. Plank Jack 10. Jump Lunges (2=1) 11. Mountain climbers (2=1) Set your Timer for 30 mins and go for it!
