Supervised Play Area Update

From 1 September, we will continue to offer the same great service for your loved ones, however, we will be introducing a few little changes to your Supervised Play Area at Northern Arena.

Price Increase

Due to increased running costs we want to advise you that as of 1 September the Supervised Play Area prices will be changing. 10 visit concessions will increase by $1 per session and a 20 visit concession will increase by $0.75 per session. The casual rate will remain the same.

20 visit concession $100 10 visit concession $60 Casual rate $10 per session

Please note: You will still be able to buy as many concessions as you like on the current rate until end of August.

Policy Change

As of September 1, we will also be making a few modifications to the following policies:

Cancellations must be made before 7:30am the day of your booking to avoid being charged for the session.The maximum number of children per session is: · a total of 5 children under 2 years with a maximum of 2 children under 12 months · a total of 8 children 2 -7 years old

Other points of importance:

• We operate a supervised play area only not an Early Childhood Education Centre. We supervise play and encourage but do not educate.

• Children must be 3 months old to enrol and attend.

• There are no sleeping facilities, please bring your own pram/stroller if your child requires a nap.

• Please be aware that some children are not immunised.

• We are currently investigating implementing a waitlist and other improvments to assist us with providing an efficient booking service.
