Boris is passionate about fitness. Self motivated and disciplined in his approach with a drive to lead others
to success in a fun and friendly way. He is able to review targets/goals and modify his approach when
necessary according to clients requirements or changes in physical or mental capabilities. He is enthusiastic
and supportive of his clients and their goals, and takes a practical and common sense approach to meeting
key targets.
Boris has a military background and believes his army experience has taught him to work well within a team.
Knowing his own limits he understands the limitations of others and how to work together to meet goals
without giving up or becoming injured.
