Participants need a mat or towel, a blanket or extra towel. Warm clothing required as the room is cold.

In this workshop the focus will be to release myofascial tissue in the body, increase flow in the meridians, release tight joints and increase movement of chi in the body. We will use tennis balls combined with a deep yin yoga practice to access the deeper layers of the body. This will be a deep and profound shift and release of energy in the body, restoring flow, harmony and balance. This workshop is highly recommended for members involved in sport and fitness classes.
