This workshop invokes the power of ritual, as we together create a sacred space and call on Shamanic traditions, 5 elements of movement and music, and a guided meditation in to a breath and sound experience for each individual’s soul wisdom, deep inner guidance, transformative realization and spiritual awakenings to arise.
