In this JOURNEY Deb will guide you through kundalini YOGA style movements, followed by connected circular BREATHWORK to chakra-attuned music and SOUND. From there you invite, allow, trust, feel or see; Whatever emerges is what’s meant to be present for you! This provides a route to the discovery of your inner landscape, healing, release, realization and balance.
