Getting Started

To ensure you get the best out of your membership, You have a wide range of exercise options available to you, but we know a new gym can be an intimidating place, but we are here to guide you whilst keeping you motivated and challenged along the way.

Get Online

Set up your online account Now! Manage your Northern Arena gym account, update your personal details, and most importantly book and cancel classes on the fly.

Online Tutorials  

Everything is easy when you know how. So here is a couple of quick step by step guides to make life easier your you.

Get Started

Browse your exercise options available for you at Northern Arena. If you're not sure where to start or feel overwhelmed give us a call or contact us here to discuss what's best for you in more detail.

Gym Explorer

If you've not already booked one, do it now! You can book a Gym Explorer or Re-motivator any time as a Northern Arena gym member.

Join The Gym Family Private Group

If you're on Facebook you need to join the Northern Arena Members private group. It's a great place full of like-minded people like you and there is heaps of content shared on there to keep you moving and up-to-date.
