The challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. Also, a great foundational class, LES MILLS TONE has a wide variety of options accommodating all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful.

Guided by an experienced instructor, you’ll get all the attention you need to master proper technique and exercise effectively, whatever your fitness level.
All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel. A resistance tube and weight plates will be supplied in the class. Your LES MILLS TONE instructors provide options for all fitness levels. This means you don’t need to be fit, just keen to get fitter and healthier. You’ll find your fitness, strength and agility improves over a number of sessions. The results you get depend on how hard you push yourself – you can certainly work up a sweat when you’re ready.
