Absolutely anyone of any age or fitness level can SH’BAM. Your instructor will guide you through a series of simple yet sassy dance moves, all set to a party playlist.
There’s no equipment needed for Sh’bam so all you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel.The moves in SH’BAM are super simple so even the most inexperienced dancer will pick them up in no time. Your instructor is there to encourage and inspire so you can focus on having fun and letting go. We’re pretty sure once you try your first class, you won’t want to stop.
