No equipment needed for BODYCOMBAT so all you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel.
BODYCOMBAT caters for all ages and abilities. Our instructors show simpler and lower impact options for every move, so you can progress at your own pace and get an awesome workout at the same time. So, punch and kick your way into knockout shape!
