I have been in love with exercise since a baby and played representative tennis and netball in my teens. I started my Group Fitness Instructor as a wide-eyed BODYATTACKer in 2009 and have since added BODYBALANCE and GRIT to my repertoire. I love seeing change in my participants fitness, flexibility but most importantly mindset. When I’m not teaching/training you can find me working full-time at The New Zealand Herald, relaxing with a BIG glass of wine or just chillin. I’m really good at it.
