I love Body Balance and especially enjoy the way music and movement work together with our breath to give a full mind and body work out, which is what I try to bring to each of my classes. I encourage you to leave the class feeling stronger, not only in the physical sense, but also in your mind which in turn helps your general well being.  I’m a Bach Flower Practitioner and very passionate about the way our mind and body interconnect, which is why I am so passionate about this program and it’s benefits.
