Ever since making the move up to the Coast from Hamilton in 2004 I have been excited about the Coast’s people and lifestyle. Exercise has always been a massive part of my life and from the moment I discovered Group Finess I was hooked…..and what beter way to be involved than to teach! Not long after becoming a Group Fitness Instructor I took some time out to have a couple of little boys I then decided to get back into teaching in a big way to regain my strength, stamina and fitness.

Working in a team environment, seeing people discover their fitness potential then watching that grow is what really gives me the buzz to teach these amazing programs!  See you in class.
