With a positive and passionate attitude towards Group Fitness, I believe in making exercise enjoyable. With Different exercises, a variety or music and encouragement, I will help you work out whilst having fun.  Having taught Aqua, Body Pump, CX Worx and GRIT over the past 6 years, and with a background in Triathlon and long distance running, I totally understand what it is like to mix up your training to achieve your personal goals and to reach your desired fitness potential.

Group Fitness is a big part of who I am.  Each day I feel so lucky to be able to share what I love to do, with you all!
