Having taught group fitness for over 10 years, I believe I now know the recipe for a fabulous fitness experience – tablespoons of fun, a handful of challenge, a sprinkle of sweat, and a couple of cups of motivation! I aspire to bring all those to my group fitness classes – ensuring my participants get serious results and at the same time – enjoy the experience. I have three teenagers and a busy life as a personal trainer, so love getting some time out, taking to the bike/stage and inspiring and motivating people through group fitness classes – as far as passions go, I think it’s a pretty rewarding one.
