Short and sweet, the answer is YES. 

If you're time poor or just lack of motivation to do a full 60 minute workout, the great news you do not need to abandon exercise altogether! Grab your mates and get a fully effective workout in, in just 30 mins. 

At Northern Arena, we have identified that the fitness industry is changing, and we know that it's tricky to combine family, work and lifestyle and still make exercise a priority.

 Current fitness research shows that 5 x 30 minute workouts a week (150 mins total) will still produce the health and well-being benefits you require. All you have to do is make sure that you use your 30 minutes effectively. That's why our newest classes have been designed with a duration of just 30 minutes with a great mix of Cardio, Strength and Core training to give you a workout with a difference.
