Vinyasa Flow

Incorporates the eastern principles of moving inward and the western need for physical activity. The sequencing is often built around the sun salutations. Expect to build heat, strength, flexibility, and endurance to music. Vinyasa Flow Yoga puts emphasis is on body alignment and breath while you flow through dynamic sequences of movement.

Yin Yoga

A meditative slow-paced class that explores long, deep stretching to enhance joint mobility, improve flexibility, and healing to the body’s connective tissues. You will enjoy a deep stretch especially through the hips, pelvis and spine. A prefect antidote to stressful busy lifestyles, runner’s stiffness, and cluttered minds.

Just bring yourself and your mat if you wish.
