Swim in a group or on your own. Take the opportunity to get in the pool to swim, jog or walk. Make use of the expert coaches on hand to enhance your technique and follow their programme or do your own.

Exercise Type: Water based cardio & resistance

Burn Rate: Average calorie burn varies

Equipment: Swim Caps are compulsory and Goggles would be handy. Some floats and buoys are available.
