The payoff is that you will keep burning calories for hours after a good workout.

All you need to know about our booking system
- The online timetable works on a 7 day rolling system. Please ensure you are booking the correct day and time (see date in red at the top of the booking form)
- You will receive an email confirmation once you have booked.
- We will send you a friendly reminder email 24hrs before each class.
- If you are unable to book, unfortunately the class is full, please enter your details on the Waitlist.
- If you are unable to make your class please email us here or call us on (09) 421 9700 as soon as possible.
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class to allow you enough time to check in at reception and grab your tag.
- In the interest of fairness only 1 booking per person.
- Once you have entered your name and email address, your name is allocated to that 1 email address.
- Family & friends must book using their own name and email address.
