Movements to blocks of time allow you to complete maximum repetitions which allows a focus on power training – maximizing muscle output to hit top-end training zones. The music is an integral part of the workout but doesn’t dictate the pace. As you work to your own individual max effort, you can really push your limits – and that’s a fundamental component of LES MILLS GRIT.
