Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy. BODYBALANCE is a 55-minute workout.

What do I need for a BODYBALANCE class?

All you need is comfortable workout clothes and something warm to wear during the final relaxation track. You don’t need any shoes. Yoga mats are optional.

How often should I do a BODYBALANCE class?

While you’ll feel real benefits from coming to class just once a week, attending three classes a week will really help you improve.

I’ve never done yoga before. Does that matter?

Not at all. Simply follow your instructor as they will show you all the appropriate options. It pays to commit to three or four classes from the start to feel comfortable with all the moves.
