Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice, bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. Yang Yoga, in contrast, refers to a more active practice working on the (Yang) muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina, and flexibility.

Incorporating the eastern principles of moving inward and the western need for physical activity. Expect to build heat, strength, flexibility, and endurance to music. Vinyasa Flow Yoga puts emphasis on body alignment and breath while you flow through dynamic sequences of movement.

Relieve stress in a low intensity Yoga class ranging from 45-60 minutes in length. All levels and abilities are welcome to unwind and de-stress in this class. Please bring a towel and your own yoga mat for your comfort.
