LES MILLS GRIT® Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT® Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

This card entitles the holder to visit northern arena three times for free or until the 10 day expiry date. ID may be required. Not exchangeable for cash. Non-transferable. This card remains the property of northern arena and can be revoked at any time. Not available for current members or those who have terminated or transferred a northern arena membership in the last 6 months or if you have had a trial pass in the last 3 months. Only one pass issued per person. Does not include personal training, supervised play area or learn to swim. You must abide by the house rules or face removal.
