Personal Statement:

Nesha has been working in the health and fitness industry since 1999 in many capacities including as a gym instructor, group fitness instructor and personal trainer.  She is very passionate about the fitness industry and loves the opportunity her job gives her, to work with people to assist them in reaching their health and fitness goals.  Nesha believes health and fitness is about balance and is very unique to each individual.  Exercise should always be achievable and most importantly fun!!  Nesha loves the fact that her job provides her with the ability to be able to share her passion and knowledge with others.  Not only is exercise essential for our well being it provides huge benefits to our self worth and can create great direction for many other elements of our lives.

So whether you are new to exercise or feel like challenging yourself more and pushing the boundaries of your fitness, go and see Nesha!  She will give you her all to help you ensure you are becoming the best you can be.

AUT Certificate in Fitness Foundations
