House Rules

Keeping Life Easy

1. Bring your swipe card every time you visit. Whether you’re making a splash, going for a dash or flexing some muscles make sure you check in.

2. Hitting the gym please toss your gear in a locker. In the pool on the deck is cool. Got something precious you’re a little worried about (except your children) drop it at reception or better still dont bring them at all.

3. We don’t want to see where you’ve been only help to get you where you’re going so towels are compulsory in all workout areas. Forgot your towel, you can purchase one from reception.

4. In the pool shorts aren’t cool, stick with lycra, latex and some goggles. Working out in the gym or heading to a group fitness class wear something comfy and safe which doesn’t mean hard hats and day glow just no jeans or open toes.

5. Cycle shoes mean you can rip it up in RPM and on the mezzanine cycling floor but because they rip up the floor PLEASE don’t rock around in them.

6. At swim school sometimes jumping in to be assistant coach is a hard temptation to resist but multiple messages usually get lost in translation.

7. Tick tock tick tock, time is of the essence. Being on time and ready to roll, ride or glide means that strokes can be mastered and mountains can be conquered.

8. We want you to have a voice and relish feedback. Got questions, comments or want to take a picture of your favourite teacher or instructor please hit them with it at the end of class or see the super staff at reception.
